Results available on the requesting GP System
For issues with T-Quest, please log a call with the Homerton Clinical Information Systems helpdesk via email.
UPDATE: The integration of City and Hackney pathology requesting system (tQuest) to the Pathology Partnership is now live. Please continue to report all issues to Homerton Clinical Information Systems (CIS) helpdesk via email huh-tr.cis.helpdesk@nhs.net.
Please note:
- IMPORTANT REMINDER: All users need to log off and restart PCs EMIS since the weekend changes to ensure the correct view and test codes
- Results posting to the East London Patient Record (ELPR) is still being finalised, so all GPs should use DTS/MESH notifications for the most current lab results. We will update when ELPR is live with the new results.
- Results are transmitting successfully to EMIS and Review
We will continue to monitor interfaces and keep you updated on the status of the above issues. Thank you for your support and cooperation with this transition.
Pathology update:
On May 1st 2021 the Homerton pathology services became part of a new organisation - NHS East and South East London Pathology Partnership, jointly owned by Barts Health NHS Trust, Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust.
There will be minimal service changes across the sites. This means that for service users, there will be no change to how tests are requested or how results are provided.See https://www.homerton.nhs.uk/pathology-news for more information
