The Hackney diabetes team provides specialist training for health care professionals to improve their knowledge and skills in diabetes management.

Primary care course
This is a multi-disciplinary course for GPs and practice nurses working in City & Hackney. The course comprises five half-day sessions, one week apart.  The primary care course provides the opportunity to:  update your knowledge of diabetes and its management review diabetes management in primary care review the Diabetes Local Enhanced Service (LES) and the GP contract promote team work in primary care reflect on your own practice.
