User involvement and feedback
We are always happy to receive feedback from you regarding your experience with us. You are also welcome to contact the Service by phone or email at any time with your views.
You will receive a feedback questionnaire when you receive your new wheelchair.
If you have any concerns about the care you receive from the Wheelchair Service, you are welcome to contact us directly and we will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have.
